    Your billing of !113.... was incorrect. Look at it. I had service twice that month (as usual) and should have been billed $35 twice which is not $113. I contacted Zach at BTS but he has failed to respond. Please issue credit I deserve.

  5. The payment confirma

    The payment confirmation, including the already downloaded invoice, comes down as a zip file. This very inconvenient and really accomplishes nothing except wasting the user's time. Please go back to the confirmation being downloadable as a pdf file.

  9. I had an old account

    I had an old account on Intuit. In the process of signing in there was no way to update the email or phone number both of which have changed in the past 20 years. I ended up with a new account which means I now have two accounts and no way to access my prior tax returns. Very disappointed in the process.

    I want this system to see my account information so I do not need to reenter all of the routing/account data with each transaction I have repeatedly attempted to get the info stored through the app. The "save data' function does not work.
