  4. Filter to remove voided checks from uncleared list

    When I pull up a transaction list for uncleared checks, there's no way to filter out voided checks. That needs to be an option.

  9. to see whole bill when sent to email,showing details what im being charged for.

    Touch time to download and then cant find it or my cell doesn't accept for what ever reasons,time consuming.

  12. I’m in Australia we don’t have 5 digit zip codes - we have 4 digit post codes

    A link to Paypal would be fabulous for international customers

  13. Make person-to-person an option. For example, People’s Bank has this service, and there are no charges or fees for using it.

  16. I tried to pay invoice on line but it only shows me an endless circle going round. I would appreciate a phone number to call.

    Please give me a phone number to call to pay my bill. Online all I get is endless circles.

  18. Ensure payment invoice via email is sent out on time for payment.

    My payment was due on 8/5/2019, however I did not receive my payment invoice until 8/13/2019. Along with a header that said “Reminder payment due date was 8/5/2019”. After several calls to your company, the bill finally arrived. If I am not going to receive emails on time, send my payment invoice via US mail.
