    I think it would be helpful to have a note / memo box to be able to notate payment or info on any change on amount paid. It is very important, specially if there is a disagreement on the amount charged.

  20. I have a quickbooks

    I have a quickbooks acount under this email. When someone sends me a quickbooks bill and I pay it - it should automatically enter the payment AND the invoice / receipt in the system. Now I have to manually do that. Silly
