  1. I did not want to OK

    I did not want to OK the remember card for faster check out. But when I clicked to pay, the site clicked this on automatically even though I had skipped over it, leaving it unchecked up until that point. Please correct if possible.

    This was an amazingly positive experience all the way. Luis was a very clear communicator who stayed in touch, was supportive, and checked in with the progress throughout the day. We carefully went over the entire project when finished to make sure I was completely satisfied. I would readily recommend his company to others!

    NEVER send me a email about extra serices without a quote and my written acceptance of the extra fees. Most of what was done was not nessessary and some where not performed.

    Here is the CA Law: California's Honest Pricing Law (Senate Bill 478) under Civil Code Section 1770(a)(29) bans "drip pricing" and requires businesses to clearly communicate the full mandatory price of a service upfront rather than hiding or delaying the real cost.

    If you ever send a email about a service withut the cost involved and the customers authorization. It will not get paid!

  10. Payment was a very e

    Payment was a very easy process using my iPad. Not so easy when I tried it the first time on my iPhone. The option to save payment information led me to Intuit, which has my TurboTax info. That caused password problems, so I waited until I could try it again. The second time (using my iPad) I did not choose to save the payment information. Payment went through very quickly and I was able to pay for 2 jobs at once.

    Your billing of !113.... was incorrect. Look at it. I had service twice that month (as usual) and should have been billed $35 twice which is not $113. I contacted Zach at BTS but he has failed to respond. Please issue credit I deserve.

    The payment confirmation, including the already downloaded invoice, comes down as a zip file. This very inconvenient and really accomplishes nothing except wasting the user's time. Please go back to the confirmation being downloadable as a pdf file.
