I always have to ask
I always have to ask for another link to be sent to my email that has a "Pay" button. Also it would help if the invoice numbers and dates are on each document but they are not so it is confusing to make sure each invoice is paid.

The instructions fro
The instructions from QuickBooks said that the "Review and Pay" button was "editable". When I clicked on the button, the total invoice amount was deducted from my checking account. I had to call the Issuer and my bank to explain the error. QuickBooks said would reverse the payment, but it could take until tomorrow. That is unsatisfactory. They sent me another invoice with the Edit button at the top of the page.

Include the invoice
Include the invoice number being payed on the payment receipt to match up and reconcile with print and digital copies of both Invoice and Payment Receipt. Makes having to look for it for reconciling is a huge pain in the A*$.

I don't think you are supposed to keep my code on file. With other companies my card info is prefilled but I have to enter the 4 digit code.

I tried many times to pay with our BofA business account, but it was rejected. I had to go to our personal account and it was accepted.

It would be helpful
It would be helpful to have a list of all of my unpaid invoices still readily available after I've paid 1/5. The remaining 4 invoices that I must pay are missing and I've had to go back and forth with the vendor to try and settle each invoice.

$25 online "convenience fee" for a bank transfer is unacceptable (and possibly illegal). You are getting your money promptly and in full. Please dispense with this. And accept credit cards.
