Quickbooks and MSN E
Quickbooks and MSN Edge do not work together. The merchant had to send the invoice via email attachment (which also required workarounds). This happens with others I receive also. PLEASE fix this problem.

Have the credit card
Have the credit card and bank fee calculated at time of payment instead of it being a separate line item prior. Can't assume people will pay credit card and then they decide to pay via bank so the invoice has to be adjusted afterwards accordingly.
