There was a 5% credi
There was a 5% credit card processing fee, the federal limit is 4%. Also when selecting payment methods that are not a credit card, the CC fee was not removed. I had to call the vendor and have a new invoice sent.

Very confusing. I wanted to set up autopay but after paying July invoice it didn't send me a link to set up autopay and I couldn't figure out what needed to be done first, set up autopay or pay the bill?

I would like to be able to time the payment for the due date, but you don't have an option for that and I will be out of town, so I am forced to pay 10 days early. This is not a great option.

If I'm not mistaken, when Intuit covertly sends info back that the person has clicked on Intuit's payment email (and every single time thereafter) - is a highly-illegal act of data privacy. How is it you're still getting away with this with such impunity??

I find it confusing
I find it confusing or inconvenient. If you could simplify the payment link, allow more payment options (like Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Zelle), and make the checkout flow faster, it would help us get paid quicker and make the experience better for our customers.

Thank you for giving the option text or phone: I don't text. Amazon doesn't have such options, and temporarily locked my account with their two-step verification, sending the code to some strange number.
