All invoices need to have the option available to pay with a credit card!! (rather than having invoices that may only be paid with a bank transfer)

Payment links were confusing. It's hard to see multiple invoices. Unclear. As a business that uses QBO to invoice my clients it is more clear to me now why some clients have a difficult time paying invoices. I will see them click the unpaid invoice multiple times but never pay. I thought it was because the bill was too high or they didn't want to pay. No, in reality they were probably just trying to figure out the payment process. Needs to be more streamlined and transparent.

I was absolutely sho
I was absolutely shocked to suddenly receive a $25 "Web Convenience Charge" to pay an invoice that I was able to pay over the last few years with no charge. I also had received the option to pay on a credit card in the past as well.
As this is effectively increases the price of my service from the vendor on the other end by 18.5%, I am going to work out a play with the vendor to pay outside of the Intuit system and encourage them to utilize other billing options. She is a small buisness and I have…1 vote -
