Merchant SHOULD see this. $25 "convenience fee"?? Despite direct debit feom a bank account? Merchants charge 3% on credit card transaction max. Also, if this is the preferred merchant pay method, the cost should be their issue not customer's. Otherwise offer credit card pay with 3% fee.
