Do away w/ these useless external secondary codes. It's to much hassle to use them. Add more internal codes if necessary.

I do not like having
I do not like having to pay a handling fee to pay my invoice. With so much of America's commerce done online, it seems that unnecessary, excessive, and someone (quickbooks?) is making money.

I didn't have the op
I didn't have the opportunity to pay the deposit (50% of the total). It automatically charged the whole amount instead of having me approve the amount first!

The down payment of $800 was due today; however, I didn't have an option not to pay the full amount today since the invoice was for $1,500.00. I wish I could have edited the amount I wanted to pay today.
