I WANT the merchant
I WANT the merchant to see this!!!! I've been trying for years to get them to bill the correct amount. Since I retired on 1/13/200, I have been the only one on my retiree dental plan. I've sent several emails to VCUSD Human Resources, Business Office and even the Director of Personnel with no results. Currently my payment should only be $59.95/month.

I used to be able to sign in and pay with one click. Now I seem to have to enter bank routing number and account number each time. Inconvenient.

There should be an option to pay the 50% down payment more easily. I had to calculate it manually, which is subject to human error. 🤔

some kind of portable scanner to pay invoice or device he brings . i asked if he takes cards and he said yes but instead when he got here i had to create a paypal account which i dont like or have in order to pay my bill.
