  1. The ability to pay a portion of the invoice

  2. Make the amount due clearer. There is an amount on the top and another on the bottom. Allow way to pay thru mail with card!!

    Make any due clearer and not different amounts on top and bottom of invoice. Make clearer what insurance has paid. Remove the “unpaid previous garages” unless ou explain what it does and does not include. Most importantly have a way to pay via mail with health savings acount. It took me two calls and several days just to get an email sent from you so I could pay you!

  3. I click the pay button and it does nothing

    I entered in my credit card information and clicked pay and it doesn't do anything at all. The button highlights when my mouse is over it too. This is probably one of the most important functions...the pay button to work.

    Please tell me when it is fixed

  18. Need to enter amount with credit card so I can use multiple cards

    I need to use multiple cards for one invoice because I have a limit on my work credit card. It does not allow me to pay partial amount so that I can use multiple cards or enter in the amount to run. It only shows the total invoice number that is not able to edit

    Your service hasn’t worked in a mobile browser in weeks and barely works on a desktop. How do you still exist?
