$25 "convenience fee" = why should we get charged so much for our payment being expedited into your bank account quicker? You are not being charged a credit card/bank fee... this is a total rip off on the consumer. Is this even legal?

Convenience fee of $25 is too much. Most ACHs are free. was not notified in advance of the fee. I would have mailed a check.

In this case somethi
In this case something new was added to the order after it was initially paid, so some language saying that I am just adding additional payment for additional items added to my order would have been really useful in identifying that this was not just the same order since I did not even know the order could be modified to begin with.
