This is an outdated
This is an outdated time consuming process. As a business I would never use this system. Some of us use digital checking and debit or credut cards.

Your invoices and re
Your invoices and receipts should mark clearly what the payments are FOR. I have for instance 2 properties, with the same service and it takes me a while to see which invoice for which property I am looking at. A simple proforma fix is all you need

I had to add another
I had to add another account (a business account) from another bank, but I think it went OK. I'd love to have had some immediate confirmation knowing it got paid to the correct person. I think it did, but not completely sure???

Jake, thank you for your prompt attention in fixing my water leak and the professionalism you and your crew displayed while performing the repair. Your crew members explained and showed me where the water line had been compromised and what had been done to repair it. You inspected and verified the repair was properly done and added a barricade around the open excavation until it was covered. Kudos to you and your crew!!!

This is a good service, but...There is no good way that I, as the payee, can correct a payment error.

Sending an invoice m
Sending an invoice marked "Over Due" or "Past Due" the instant you send it is rude. Paying an invoice in less than 24 hours is not past due. And this is not the way the software is set up as I get invoices from other vendors via QuickBooks with no such markings.

Payment by bank acco
Payment by bank account (cash) should be free. Payment by credit card should have 2% fee.
