Can’t recommend high
Can’t recommend highly enough. They were prompt, efficient and extremely professional. Did a fantastic job, cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant to work with!

The merchant sends m
The merchant sends me 7 individual invoices instead of one statement with 7 invoices. I enter all the numbers for paying by check. It is accepted, then a note says, you already have a intuit account so we can't save any of your information indicating that I have 8 fields to enter every time I pay each of the 7 invoices. I called Quick Books support and they said to call the merchant. No one seems to know what to do. Really bad design. but I am STUCK with doing all the accounting for the merchant. Looks like quick books…

It said I could pay using PayPal. However, when it came time to do so, that option was not offered.

I've come to expect
I've come to expect the credit card surcharge even though I hate it, now I have to hate you for the bank draft surcharge. Now instead of efficient electronic payments I'll have to contemplate checks and snail mail. I wish the business did see this so they would not use this service.

customer said i had
customer said i had to pay extra 3% for credit card but no where in the process does it say 3% will be added. vendor would not refund credit payment when ask so i could pay cash. also some of my payment was cash but entire amount had 3% fee

I don't like being c
I don't like being charged a $25 convince fee to pay a bill. If you are doing your business properly all fees a 100% tax deductible at the end of the year. You are making money off the client.
