I disagree with the
I disagree with the finance charges. The rate of finance charge is outrageous and not sure if legal. I do not remember seeing an invoice and have always paid when received it. A daily finance charge is ridiculous

Shipping should be free first off. Secondly Grailzee sent me link to pay shipping and it went back to the watch with no ability to pay. I also wired the money thursday last week after authentication . I had to pay in 2 days now its been a week and just know received an email on how to pay. I have bought on site before this time seems cumbersome

I don't like having
I don't like having to type in my account number and routing number everytime. I don't have these things memorized so I have to take 5 minutes logging onto my bank to get info. It is a pain! This used to be simple. Why have we made it so complicated??

the receipt does not indicate what was paid; job name number, what was purchased, etc. A note would help the accounting department a lot.
