Charging $25 for a c
Charging $25 for a convenience fee! And not making apparent before payment is sent is really misleading! I will be looking more diligently for another software provider for my business. I am so not satisfied with QB!

I don’t like that they attempted to charge me for a fee for an ACH transfer when my bank does not charge on. The system should specifically allow me to add the fee according to what the bank charges.

After today I cannot
After today I cannot say anything positive about Quick books. For the non technical person it is frustrating to use on a trust account. It would be a lot more helpful if you provided other payment options to choose from especially with out penalizing and adding a 3.5% to credit card use. Why can't you provide the option of check writing which has been used for decades. I will never uses quick books in y business and will not use a company that only uses quick books for payment.!!!

When I hit view invo
When I hit view invoice, close the invoice (with the x in the top right corner), and hit view invoice again, the invoice is all grey, as if it disappeared. I can get the invoice back again by reloading the page. This is on a fully up to date Mac with Safari. The Duck Duck Go browser behaves the same way. But on Chrome, the invoice is not lost. To me, that means you have buggy software, and I do not fully trust it. I have told this to the vendor, and recommend that he get another backend accounting software…

If someone cut/paste
If someone cut/pastes an account number, let them do the same for the confirmation field. It is so 2010 to disable paste, and a hassle on mobile that is likely to cause as many mistakes as it prevents.

You cannot save my payment method because my email is already linked to an Intuit account.
Does that mean I should be able to view/pay invoices sent to me directly in QBO?

The roof work itself
The roof work itself was fine, but I was very disappointed to learn — only at the time of final payment — that Walton charges customers extra simply to use modern payment methods. A 1–3% “convenience fee” on an invoice of several thousand dollars adds up quickly, and it was never mentioned in the sales process or in the brochure.
In today’s world, absorbing standard credit card or ACH processing costs is part of doing business. Surprising customers with unexpected fees at the end feels unprofessional and leaves a poor impression, even when the workmanship is otherwise solid.
For anyone…

When it gives me a b
When it gives me a balance to pay it should include any past due amounts. Also, it should include the service period the payment covers. It is very confusing to understand what you're paying for and whether you are current. Big time problem. This is not the only thing I do ! More information would make it better and more accurate to know your status as a customer.
