provide an option to
provide an option to select the date of payment. i dont want to pay on the exact date i authorized payment but would prefer closer to the due date.

If I try to recover
If I try to recover my account info (which took me about an hour to recall Intuit is turbotax and Iquit using turbotax12 years ago. trying to set up autopay. when I hit recover my account system put me in an infinite do loop with passcodes sent to my e mail etc. Trust me I THINK I have autopay set up but there IS NO FEEDBACK TO USER TO THAT EFFECT. TRUST ME YOUR INABILITY TO EVEN RECOVER AN ACCOUNT TERRIFIES ME THAT I USED TURBOTAX FOR ABOUT 10 YEARS. I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN YOUR ABILITY TO PROGRAM ANYTHING.

A $25 additional fee
A $25 additional fee is ridiculous. You should state that in the proposal upfront. The option should be given to pay the day of service in full. While at the customer's home.

Do not send a bill a
Do not send a bill after 7:00 pm and then send a dunning email before 8:00 the next morning for having not paid the last night's bill. This is insane. Give us time to see the bill and pay it before sending a dunning email for not paying.

I don't want more files by downloading a receipt or downloading an invoice after paying. I want a DONE button to exit. After paying and left on the edge of my seat because there is no confirmation or scheduled date option, I am left with a Success page and no button to EXIT, or DONE. This is not like other bill pay sites.

Mark (estimator) cam
Mark (estimator) came to the house almost immediately. He gave me a fair quote right away and got me on the schedule the next day. I wasn't around too much while the crew was working but they arrived on time (actually about 15 minutes early) and the entire crew seemed to work hard and efficiently from start to finish. Ordinarily I would think it's a bit ludicrous to leave a tip for this type of service but these guys did an outstanding job in every phase of the process. Thank you!
