After I made payment
After I made payment, I was able to download a copy of both the invoice and the receipt, but I was unable to Save either of the documents to my computer. The Save icon was greyed out. I can't imagine why that would be. Doesn't everyone need this for their business documentation?

When I get to the Pa
When I get to the Payment page, I do not see the name of the Company and, therefore, do not know who to bill. That forces me to research that separately. Please include To/From info on any webpage so that we can easily track which company is being billed.

Too many steps. Link everything so I don't have to fill out the forms each time.
Where is the "log on" button hidden. Make it prominent so it takes only 1 step to pay the bill. Put it on the "invoice" page so one doesn't have to hunt for it. Zelle is much easier.1 vote
