You send the bill on
You send the bill on the same date you say it is due, and on that same date the invoice indicates that the bill is overdue. That is stressful.

This is a dismal pro
This is a dismal product. There is no way to check history and prior payments. It is hard to download and view products. It inspires negative confidence even in my vendor. I loath it and have asked them to change. Note I am a software investor, longtime Quicken user, Intuit shareholder. Note also when I ask ChatGPT to rate this product they raise exactly the same issues. This is optimized to collect money not to make the person paying the money comfortable iwth the experience. I don't owe you. No $195 you only cut my grass twice and at 50 a card that's $100 by. I don't need your help anymore you killed my grass by cutting it too low. You run through everything and nothing is nice. The way it used to you started off. Right now you're wrong. You don't do the front of my yard by the driveway by the street. I am sending a partial payment as my roof was not completed satisfactorily. The man who came out needs to contact me so we can both go over the roof together. There were screws put in on an angle, screws left on the roof in a pile, screws left in the gutter in a pile and the work was not done to a professional standard... So, I am sending you a $1,000 as a deposit. Balance $2,000.

Paid through QuickBooks with bank account info before and there was no $25 "convenience fee." I should not be charged any additional fees for using my bank account to pay, You get the $ instantly and there is no CC company involved. That's convenient for you NOT for me. What's up with that??
