This site is misleading. It says to pay deposit of $60 then charges the full amount of $100+. Small potatoes, so we'll be fine, but not a good look for you.

Pleased with office
Pleased with office customer service and the technician who evaluated the current HVAC system. Pricing is inline with current costs and other installers for a new replacement. 5 year interest free financing through 11/20/2026 makes this process affordable and manageable within my budget. Impressed so far.

Hey, look... My acct was hacked and used by a Brazilian company to the tune of about $2000. I declined to save the account info but it was saved anyway - got an email saying it was saved. I used the link to delete the info. What's going on?

The "save my info for a faster checkout" doesn't work either. They never sent a code to my phone which was right on the bill.

It was made clear that if I put in my checking account information I would not be charged the 1% bank fee and yet I was charged that fee, so that doesn't feel right.
