Paying a $25.00 fee
Paying a $25.00 fee to make an online payment is ridiculous. Quickbooks makes it hard for businesses to make money

$25.00 convenience f
$25.00 convenience fee seems a bit extreme. Most payment services charge between $2 and $5 for processing. I'm a treasurer for a small non-profit, I know how much Quickbooks cost add $25 for payment processing. They are making a lot of money.

The initial email se
The initial email seems like it isn't formatted correctly. The Quick Books Graphic is HUGE in the email, it almost seems like it is shouting at me to "PAY THIS NOW" It works well, just really in your face with the email graphic. Then juxtapose that with the really tiny "Pay" button.
