The merchant sends me 7 individual invoices instead of one statement with 7 invoices. I enter all the numbers for paying by check. It is accepted, then a note says, you already have a intuit account so we can't save any of your information indicating that I have 8 fields to enter every time I pay each of the 7 invoices. I called Quick Books support and they said to call the merchant. No one seems to know what to do. Really bad design. but I am STUCK with doing all the accounting for the merchant. Looks like quick books needs some redesign or maybe a "heads up" don't use turbotax if y ou want it to be easy to pay a merchants quick books bills.
