Date not correct
My date on my computer is correct. However, the date in the downloaded receipt is not correct. please fix that.

Give step by step instructions. (1). Create an Account (2). Log out of the intuit software. (3). Log in to your account to pay your bill.
For new users of this software, tell them they must create a user ID, * and log out, then, log back in!*. I didn’t do these three steps and, as a result, it kept throwing error messages.

Please use the payment info entered at the time of order instead of sending separate invoice
I entered my payment info when I placed the order, so I assumed it would be taken care of with that info rather than sending a separate invoice that had to be paid.

while at my laptop, was too immersed in all else to recall i had bill to pay, so could have used a text with link to invoice/pay.

Standardize the look of receipts and payment site.
I just paid two separate invoices from the same company. When I clicked on the "Review and Pay" button from the email I received, the page I was directed to for the second invoice looked completely different from the page I was sent to for the first invoice. The receipts that printed out also look completely different.
