Apple pay?
One of our biggest tech companies has this quick convenient method of paying, and many people are using an iPhone. Many people would use ApplePay but it's so rare for businesses to offer this method. I was in Ukraine for a week and 80% of the time I could use ApplePay without problem, in Hungary as well. I can't believe I don't see it so often in the states. Maybe customers won't use it, but I don't see how anyone will even know that since its barely offered.

When there are more than one payment due, allow to pay numerous invoices at once.

Give choices of different choices. But really like it will be paid this year. Last year my check didn't get cashed until Jan, so had to pay taxes on that money. Good job!

Support Google Pay
Google Pay is the most convenient method to pay for things. I can keep my various cards updated in one place and can use my phone to pay with just one scan of my finger.

allow all banks and credit unions, not just some. Search using routing numbers on checks, not by name of financial institution
As a business owner, It's ridiculous for my customers to have to have a bank that is listed in the list of financial institutions in order to process an ACH. They should be able to use any routing number like I can for them in the portal.

Start accepting credit cards.
Hi. Mom's trust normally pays this bill, but I forgot to submit it this month so had to pay myself. I feel uncomfortable paying with my checking account for security reasons. Would prefer to have a credit card option.

Stop asking to verify if it's me with a code! It's a pain in the butt. Allow touch ID to be used to log in to my account with Mr Kaplan.
