A user account login and payment portal on your website would be nice. Currently, my wife gets the invoice in her email and forwards it to me. This is a hassle when I sit down to pay the bills. Would be nice to have an account login on the website that shows invoice/payment history with a payment portal so I can just login every month and pay the bill without the whole email fiasco.

Thank you for your services, I will be moving July 1rst and will no longer need your services Your landscapers were here today for literally 5 minutes and did not finish lawn. I received a $65 fine from my HOA because weeds are everywhere despite my asking Landscapers seem not to know about our agreement are are different people each time. I sent you$70 payment for last month. Your services were great at the beginning but declined with each month. Both sides of house were not mowed.

When paying on the 5th at 11:42 pm the receipt should read PAID on the 5th not the 6th.
I scheduled a payment on 8/5/2022 at 11:42 pm. The receipt read payment was received on 8/6/2022. That was incorrect. It was not the next day yet.

automatic debit
have it automatically debited from checking account or credit card. That way payment would never be late.

Clearer invoicing
My wife and I have been Alpine Springs customers for about two months. In that time, we've gotten perhaps six 5-gallon bottles. The service has been fine, but we received our first invoice this evening. It was only for two bottles and was purportedly a reminder for an invoice that was due two weeks ago. I paid promptly, but still don't know where our account stands or what other invoices may be unknowingly delinquent.

Name field
When I first clicked Account Name field, a popup said I was to enter only first and last name. Payment declined. I added my middle initial, which is on the account, and it went through.

Invoices
Every time an invoice is opened, both parties see it was open/read.
Both parties can see ~how~ many times an invoice has been opened.
Every time an invoice has been paid, both parties get a confirmation email.
Every time someone receives an invoice, it is under their account forever. Go to account, create a tab for invoices, creat a tab for due, overdue, paid invoices. Account holders would then be able to see if they've paid an invoice already.
Also, allow bills to be paid with credit cards.

Put a Done button on the payment receipt page. Eliminates ambiguity.
There are 3 actions available. Two had options: receipt or invoice.
The third, implied, is "close the page because you're done". Every action on a page should have a control related to that action: that's basic UI design.

Please provide an accurate invoice upon completion of service. I only received a work order and no additional paperwork.
When the techs finished service I had to ask for a paper invoice. They could not provide one for me with the amount that we would owe.

You can improve the invoice by putting the accurate billing dates and paid date
Please put the accurate due dates and paid dates on the invoice. For example I received an invoice on May16, the due date was for May 15th and when I paid the invoice on May 16th the receipt stated paid on May 17th. Thank you
