I can't believe there is no ability to provide a discount on a purchase order.
Please add this ASAP......otherwise I might have to find different accounting software. Seems like such a simple thing but definitely over-looked by Quickbooks.

Either autopay with bank account, or at least save my bank information

Debit card as a default payment method.
Don't use debit card as the default payment method. I've never seen anyone else doing it this way. I just sent payment via credit card not noticing that debit card was the default. I hope my payment went through.

make paying multiple invoices by the same vendor possible.
It would be nice to have a view of all open invoices from a vendor since my vendor bills me each week, and I would prefer to pay once a month...

Make sure the payment scheduling feature works. I have not been able to schedule a payment yet.
Customers should be able to schedule payments without frustration. I have unsuccessfully tried several time to schedule payments. I'm not sure if I am supposed to create an account in order to be able to do it or what. That being said, I unsuccessfully attempted to create an account. Very frustrating.

Option to Pay Account Balance vs. Invoice Amount
At the top you can edit amount to pay, however at the 'Pay" button, it only gives the Invoiced amount and you cannot change that. If you have a credit, you cannot adjust the Pay amount on the Green Tab.

It is a terrible idea to only permitting clicking on email to pay
It is just an invitation for fraud to encourage your billed customers to click on entries in their emails. This is the most common method for spoofing web sites. Instead you should include a textual URL in addition to the "Click to pay" button for people to cut and paste into their browsers. Or encourage your customers to ask people to go to their web sites for the pay button. Anything other but what you currently do would be better.

If your business gets invoiced, and you yourself have a Quickbooks account for your business, it should automatically show up as an expense in your account.
