Create a way to schedule the payment for a specific advance date and to set up auto payments.
A calendar will show and allow you to select an advance payment date. Also, if automatic payments could be created, where it could be set-up in advance which day of the month the payment would be scheduled to be deducted.

Obvious account sign-in button when paying bill online
Make a button that is obvious to sign into your QB account when paying a QB bill from a vendor. Right now, it is only after filling out payment information that you see a small "sign in" link at the bottom of the page. It should be obvious at the top so you dont waste time filling out the form before you see a sign in link.

Sometimes you don't have your credit card handy but with the 3 things I mentioned you can make a payment while laying in bed! That's when you remembered that last payment you were working on before bedtime!

Let us change/choose the payment date.
My payment was not due for a month out from when I received the invoice. I couldn't see where to change the payment date to pay it closer to when it's dues.

Please enter the date of service in the invoice itself.
I would like to see the date of the caregiver’s service on the invoice so that I can match up the date service was provided with the invoice.

being able to post date a payment...log in and schedule payment date as needed
After scheduling a post dated payment, have an email generated prior to that payment date to remind me that it will happen and I need to generate the transaction in my QB.
