Couldn't view or download invoice before paying
Used the link given by my accountant to pay the invoice. The invoice previous would not load on the right side and gave an error. Then, I tried to download the invoice after payment and still couldn't get it. QB is not my favorite program. Hope to find another!

Email my paid receipt so I don't have to print it out.
Other utility companies email me a receipt after payment to save paper and ink when printing it out. I'd rather have a digital receipt.

I suggest making the "sign-in" link more prominent.
Just need the "Sign-in" link to be more prominent, seeable, available, and all that rot, you know?

Specifcally indicate that the billing is for the month following the month of the due date.
Your billing is confusing and amounts to fraud because it appears to be billing for the month of the 15th due date and not for the month following the month of the due date.

It’s almost hard to believe this has to be written down but.... these things people use called credit cards are really something to consider. It’s not what I’d call a “fringe” product - I think it’s a safe bet that they’ll be around a while. So, best suggestion.... other than continue to breathe air.... a-c-c-e-p-t c-r-e-d-i-t c-a-r-d-s

DETAILED INVOICE
THE ACTUAL DETAIL SHOULD BE PRINTABLE. IT IS NOT. THE ONLY INVOICE I WAS ABLE TO DOWNLOAD AND PRINT WAS GLOBAL AND NOT DETAILED WITH WORK DONE AND HOURS CHARGED SEPARATELY FOR EACH TASK.

More security information
Be more transparent and accessible with security information. Nowadays, spam is everywhere and I'm always hesitant to use a new form of payment. The whole process was smooth and seamless, it was great! But I still felt a little uncomfortable and almost didn't use the site. Providing more information about the company and its security would help feel more trust and comfort with using this service. Thanks!

put the paid stamp on the receipt.. so we had bill and paid in one print
up above. i want the copy of bill/invoice, and paid receipt.. But have to print two things.. why can the invoice/bill copy show PAID..

Payment confirmation dialog box
I would like to be able to confirm my information is correct, or that I am selecting the correct bank account before making payment. If I hit submit, I would like a dialog box that asks me to review the information before sending.
OR, I would like to be able to revise payment within a certain time window (i.e. next 30 minutes) in case an error was made, like drawing payment from the wrong linked account7 votes -
Add "Previous payment(s)" item on receipt
Re receipt: Instead of simply having "Invoice total" and "Amount paid" on the receipt it would be way more helpful if there were a "Previous payment(s)" line item.

Post Monthly Balance
The contract states paying $210.00 per month. The statement balance due is for the entire contract. That is very confusing as the total due is monthly and should reflect that.

The default payment method comes up as debit card. If I don't notice and enter my details, changing to "credit" doesn't copy the information
The default payment method comes up as debit card. If I don't notice and enter my details, changing to "credit" doesn't copy the information. Maybe it would have run as credit had I posted it with the debit tab selected, but it's unclear and should be changed.
