Let me create an account without Intuit ID
Like Shopify, let me save my payment details just with a phone number or email, then send me a code/link to verify identity next time I need to pay.

Have our payment method saved with information so we can just click ok to pay.
The payment method we use should be saved for future and continuing use. We should just be able to click pay now and the payment go through without having to fill everything out again

Allow for annual vs. monthly payments
The company I'm paying offers a one month discount if you pay annually. Add a way for them to show me the option to pay annually if I want to so that I can get the annual pre-pay discount. All I can pay right now is the monthly amount.

Was not compatible with virtual CC
invoice from CPA was not compatible with virtual cards from capital one, as the payment / invoice generation site were different.
"Your IN TAX ADVISORS OF CA purchase was declined because you used a virtual card number (…**) you created for Intuit. Each virtual card number is designed to work with only one merchant."

Offer multiple payment types; Zelle, PayPal, Debit, MC or Visa…

Have the due date on the invoice that is paid along with the date paid.
Have the date this is due on the invoice receipt when we pay it. There is no way to know what month we are paying for.

I could NOT get any Bank Transfer to work. Was forced to use a Credit Card

Have the invoice available. That’s how you can make it better. I clicked on download invoice, and nothing happened.

Another Description Text Field to Products and Services
Add another "Full Description" field to Products and Services that can store more complete item description. Often, the full description can span several paragraphs. This is unwieldy because the current "Description" field is used in the Invoices. This allows to re-purpose (and potentially rename) the existing "Description" field and "Purchasing information" field as short-hand fields shown on Invoices and Purchase Orders respectively.

Custom Data Fields for Products and Services
We need the ability to add custom data fields to Products and/or Services. The requested new facility shall allow for unlimited (or large number) of custom data fields of different types such as number, date, text, or picklist. Example is product Dimensions, Shipping Weight, UPC code, EAN code, ASIN code, Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price, Minimum Advertised Price, Standard Price, Sales Price, type of Packaging, expiration date. Not having these fields requires rigging/including this information in the "Description" field or other workarounds. This is a major problem and drives customers to competitor solutions.
