  11. Add a direct QB tech support tel # in case of issues logging-in or getting verified thru your system.

    The automated system failed to send verification code to my registered cell phone. How do get this fixed? Customer service transfers to Merchant Acct Services --- and MAS back to customer service. Nobody knows tech support for clients trying to PAY bills and how to fix this verification process.

  12. By making your invoice payment portal Mac friendly.

    Please make your invoice payment Mac friendly. I could not pay with Safari. Also, there are so many suggestions and complaints about not user friendly. But none of them have been answered. Does anyone read them?

  15. Please get the entire billing invoice to display.

    I got 3 E-mail in one day asking me to pay for the previous three months.....

    However, not a single one of the on screen messages were able to show the invoice.

  16. Move pay now button to be visible in emails.

    The current manifestation of the email sent with an invoice has the pay now button off screen in the email. Allow modification of the template so that the button is visible when the customer receives it.

  18. Default to last payment method

    When I receive a monthly invoice, I would like to have as few clicks as possible - so it would be great to have it default to the last payment method I used for the previous invoice from that vendor.

  19. allow a note on the payment screen to send with the payment advice

    I needed to change the payment amount for a landscaper, they billed for 5 cuts in May but only cut 4 times. I adjusted the payment but I would have liked to explain the shortage. I did send an email response but the note on the advice would be more efficient for the vendor to match and adjust the invoice.

  20. Fed up with reentering banking info every time!

    I have to reenter my banking info every time. I'm fed up with it and will suggest my vendor find another vendor for his payment service. Fed up!
