Is it possible to add a Review Invoice Button as well on the initial email. You can't see what the charge is until you hit Pay Invoice.
Adding a Review Invoice button in addition to the Pay Invoice. You can't see what the charge(s) are for until you hit Pay Invoice.

Allow more information regarding customers to be saved to each individual customer.
When inputting data for a new customer or even editing an existing customers information, it would make QBO a much more desireable product if there was the option to set specific hourly labor rates for each individual customer. I do not have 1 set hourly rate, it changes depending on the situation (distance, condition of equipment, how much time that location will require) and it makes the process of trying to get invoices sent out quickly extremely troublesome with the need to go find the agreement with the customer to verify pricing.
I could create a service for each customer…

Email Notification that a customer has paid an invoice
Suggestion : Please enable a feature to send me a notification when an invoice is marked as paid. It is normally the customer that emails me to say they have paid. And it would be better for the system to notify me so I can be proactive with sending them a receipt.
Better still please make an option to automatically send the customer a receipt on payment.
At least one of these 2 options is needed and a weakness of QB

Offer credit card form of payment.
Offer credit card payments, as this is quicker than entering checking account info.

It would be good to have services line itemed for each residence for rental property tax purposes.
Document charges for individual residences where you are doing more than one on the same invoice. Not sure how simple that would be, but just a help when documenting expenses on each rental property.

Out of...
It says how much we are paying for the month, and how much the total balance is, but not now much we have remaining toward that balance. For example, this payment is for $100, bringing your balance to $2000 out of $3000. Something that shows how much we have paid and how much is remaining.

Allow advance payments on specific future dates of month
Allow me to pay an invoice received on a future date-choose a specific future date, not immediately, and enter credit card details.

Allow payments to be scheduled ahead of time
I would like to be able to login once I have approval to pay the invoice (this is always before the actual due date) and schedule the payment for the due date (a later date). Not being able to do so, I have to either pay too early or remember to login and pay on the due date or very shortly before. If I fail to for any reason then there are late charges added on. Give me the option to choose the payment date and this would be the perfect portal for bill pay in my opinion.

PRINT DETAIL OF EMPLOYEES WITH INVOICE
WOULD LIKE TO SEE A DETAILED LIST OF ALL EMPLOYEES ON THE INVOICE. OTHER VENDORS HAVE THIS WITH THEIR BILL. IT IS FRUSTRATING TO NOT SEE WHO IS LISTED ON THE BILL

Identify Job Location or Job Name
Since we pay your bill instead of the customer, it would be nice to be able to quickly distinguish which invoice is for which customer. Yes I can use the invoice number as a reference and try to figure it out, but it would be nice to list it on the invoice for a quick reference.

You could tell me what it was I was paying for instead of sending a vague email
Life is too busy, I barely remembered what this (might) have been for. Is it for tickets? where do I get them then? What is the next step? Who do I talk to? What is the event, what is the date? Where are my seats?
