Mark paid on the invoice as soon as it's paid
After paying an invoice, I get a screen that allows me to download a receipt or the invoice. I need the detailed information in the invoice, but I also need it to be marked as "Paid." If I go back to the email and click Pay Invoice, I can get a new copy of the invoice that is marked as "Paid," which is perfect. But I'd rather get that on the screen as soon as I've finished paying.

Idiotic program flow - lose data on initial screen - noone uses brains making this ****?
Wanted to pay an invoice sent from your system.. Came to a invoice/payment screen.. Below was the link to create an account to save the payment for automatic pay.. You cannot leave the screen for this action until you fill out the payment information. Once you fill out the fields you can click the link.. It brings you to an account creation page.. when done it returns you to a BLANK PAYMENT PAGE.. It was a useless water of time to enter data you are going to not retain.. Need to enter the data again to save that payment info..…

Accept Debit/Credit cards or Paypal/Zelle
It would be great if you accepted Debit/Credit cards or Paypal/Zelle. That would make it alot faster and safer to pay the invoice than entering the bank account and routing number.

Be able to pay multiple invoices at a time.
Go to Account and select the invoices you want to pay and then pay all at once. Instead of going back and forth between many e-mails paying 1 at a time.

Include a running total of all unpaid past invoices. PLEASE!!!! It's impossible to organize these single month invoices with no references
Currently the monthly invoice includes ONLY the current month. If a month is missed, you have no running balance or any inkling that you are not up to date. It makes it terrible confusing for the customer. When I had a business and used Quickbooks, my invoices included all current and past charges.

have the option to pay by ACH or by credit card adding the 3.4% or whatever percent is
it would be nice to have options to choose from on the invoice to pay by ACH or by credit card and then aggreeing to the 3% interest charge or whatever it is. Thank you for considering

Customers should see details that business owners can see
Not having original invoice and full job details after a deposit is made is super confusing. Please give details that business owners can see on remaining invoice.

Make the PAID invoice a single download
Instead of having to download the invoice to see detail, and the receipt to have a record of payment, enable a single download of the invoice marked paid.

I would like my bill itemized. I was confused as to how much I was paying for my landscape project, and how much I was paying for my monthly bill. Things did not seem to be adding up correctly. Thank you.

Automate Collaboration of QB Users to Dashboard for Invoice & Receipt Payments
All, Invoice & Receipts for QB users should automatically appear on their dashboard. For example, I use QB and my supplier uses QB. When I pay my invoice QB should auto upload receipt and invoice to my dashboard. Also, option to allow save for bank records.
