Allow me to pay with two accounts
My payment should be split between business and personal accounts so would like the option to pay portion from each account.

Show balance due, especially a zero balance due
Often a receipt showing a ZERO balance is required. This receipt does not show the balance, or that nothing is due - much less a zero balance. i will need to go the the payee to get the zero balance receipt, an extra time consuming step that would not be necessary if the quickbooks receipt would show zero balance

So far, it's been great. If the amount we are expecting is more, an explanation would be helpful, eliminating my need to call and ask.
If the monthly total is more than what we are expecting, we would appreciate some explanation of why the amount is more. We do appreciate that Trilogy fixes/replaces things as needed, but we would like to be informed of these changes in our monthly costs.

be clear about autopay intervals that aren't monthly
My merchant invoices every 3 months. It isn't clear that your Autopay service can handle this--all the descriptions say "monthly".

Attach PDF Invoice to emails.
QuickBooks recently stopped attaching PDF Invoices to the emails sent to clients for payment. Some clients can't access the invoice online (browser issues, etc.), so they need the PDF that has always been attached to the email (PDFs are universal and can be opened easily). Can you please bring that feature back, or at least make it optional, if some don't want it as an automatic thing? That would be great. Thanks!

More than one notice of payment due date. This would be great for people who are not on their computers daily. This could eliminate late fees. I’m one of those people

Copy-paste Bank Account info
When I'm entering my bank account details, I'd like to be able to copy-paste the details into the form. The reason is I'm trying to avoid a finger flub typos. It seems that Intuit has disabled the copy-paste function, which means it is more likely that I will make a typo. If I log into my bank account, Command-C (CTRL-C) then the account number (which is, quite long) will be right, for sure.

You overcharge customers
I realized that I have been overpaying since the total balance that you give your clients includes a 3% fee that it is supposed to be charged only when clients pay with credit cards. I have been paying from my checking account. Please reinburse me for all the prior bills. Thank you

Every month, I get "Payment couldn't process" emails and when I go onto the website payment portal myself and try and make a payment from there, I always get a "Error, you can try again, or come back later and try connecting then" message. Usually, deleting cookies works, but sometimes, I try multiple computers, browsers, incognito modes, and re-entering in everything and it's like a magic box, it'll randomly work after…
