    This is a great idea even if there is only a very short max time period in which to cancel a submitted payment. I was moving too fast and carelessly submitted an ACH transaction for an entire invoice over $2K, having planned to do $500. I'm very lucky the merchant in this case was very gracious and worked with me on a refund. A cancel option within 30 minutes or so would be a great feature, even if Intuit tacked on a small charge + CC/Debit card transaction fees for the return. ****, on the ACH cancel this would be a non-trivial stream of pure revenue.
