Quickbooks allows tipping when accepting payment in person if selecting “new sale”...but then we have to go behind the scenes and apply that payment to an invoice, create separate transactions for tipping, etc. Such a pain!
Why is there no option to tip in invoicing and taking customer payments just like there is when paying for a new sale? Yes, we can change the amount being paid...but then it goes in as a credit on the customer’s account.
