I'm sick of the ads. It's out of control. I pay for this program, and I get ads with every single page refresh. I typically get four ads before I've even entered any data. It's incessant, it's tiring, it's annoying. It's super invasive to keep popping up ads as I'm doing accounting.

I use an ad blocker, but I have one computer where ad blocking doesn't work for some reason, and QBO is simply unusable. It's the worst program I use. I have other computers in the office where ad blocking does work, but I have some popup ads that cover my work with a big blank screen. It actually covers what I need to see. And then there is still another ad at the top of the page.

Who on earth at Intuit decided it was a good idea to harass its customers? Because that's what it is at this point. It's harassment. When I have to dismiss the same ad dozens of times a day in a program I pay for, then it becomes harassing. No. I said no. No means no. No 1000 times means no.

If there's one thing that will lead me to find another accounting program it's this.

The "modern" view that's being imposed changes my company invoice templates. Never in over 30 years of computing have I seen a program change a person or company's personal templates. It's just unheard of go messing with my branding. The new invoice layout is hard to read and has columns I don't need or want and is missing columns that I do need and want. It's a disaster.

Quickbooks does not allow you to turn off Paypal as an options when people pay an invoice online. And yet it is broken! Paypal payments through QBO come in with NO NAME ASSOCIATED with the payment. It's broken. Fix it. I've had several QB employees now tell me this is a Paypal issue, but it is not. That's a lie and it's disingenuous. QBO has a programming issue where it is unable to associate the payer's name with the payment, even though the invoice has the payer's name. But QB wants to blame Paypal for their own issues.

Every single time I get a payment or batch of payments where someone has paid with Paypal, there is no name, and QBO can't properly match the payment. This is poor programming, and poor customer service.
