   I know this thread is a bit old, but I recently helped a friend register a UK company while living overseas. Using a UK formation agent gave us a registered office address and handled the Companies House filing, and the director can be non‑resident. You’ll still need a UK bank account—some agents bundle that service. Has anyone tried a fully online provider that also sets up the bank link?
