    I’ve bumped into this same wall before, and having to juggle A/R workarounds in QBO can feel like herding cats. If you haven’t already, drop your vote in the feedback tool inside QBO so it gets on the radar. I’ve seen features move faster once more folks chime in. In the meantime, using separate invoice templates or custom fields can take a bit of the sting out, even if it’s not perfect.
