    I’ve bumped into the same wall and it eats way more time than it should. One thing that helped me a bit was prepping a CSV with a notes column and keeping it side by side while setting things up, but it's still a clunky workaround. If you haven’t already, dropping this into QuickBooks’ feedback tool can sometimes move the needle faster since they track volume on requests.
