    Sounds like the kind of tweak that could save everyone a bunch of back and forth. I’ve had customers stall on payments just because the screen looked confusing, so anything that cuts the noise helps. If you can add a quick mockup or example in the thread, it might boost votes since folks usually rally faster when they can picture the change.

    If you add a quick example of how the travel credits work in 2026, the whole thing might click faster for folks who only skim. I’ve noticed people get tripped up on whether the credit sticks to the traveler or the booking, so a simple walk-through could save you a bunch of repeat questions.
