    I went from QB Premier 2021 to QBO and it was a pretty big let down. My previous forms were exactly how I wanted them and worked great for years. Now, I'm stuck with the same boilerplate templates everyone else with QBO has.

    I went from QB Premier 2021 to QBO. With the desktop version I had a full layout designer, QBO has minimal customization and noting I can do to make my estimates and invoices stand out.
