Please have your customer service reps respond to customers with an email that can be responded back to. It's pointless for them to say "I'll send you an email discussing what we talked about and you can respond" when in fact, one cannot respond.
Also, it would be helpful to get the customer service rep's phone number, if you need to address the same issue, without having to continue to start over with another rep.
