Full Customer Statement
Please provide a feature which allows a full account statement for a customer, showing all money in (including deposits) and invoices out transactions, with a correct account balance between a date range.
Currently, only open invoices show and no deposits when statements are generated, giving an incorrect statement balance.
Some customers request to see all their transactions within a time-frame, which would include any unallocated payments/ deposits.

Please have your customer service reps respond to customers with an email that can be responded back to. It's pointless for them to say "I'll send you an email discussing what we talked about and you can respond" when in fact, one cannot respond.
Also, it would be helpful to get the customer service rep's phone number, if you need to address the same issue, without having to continue to start over with another rep. -

Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn't have the capability to print the customer or vendor register. This is the most basic feature in any accounting work and is much needed
