   Allow me to set rules per vendor for auto pay. E.g. For vendor "X" if bill amount is less and "$N" then auto pay from account "Y" in "Z" days.

2. Clicking on "Pay Invoice" should prompt option to pay "Full Amount" or "Other Amount"
