I feel harassed, the service was Wed and Friday I was called asking when I will make payment. I said the invoice says it’s due before 9-15.
When the lady called 2 days after service she said well that’s only for commercial accounts . I said well this is the 2nd time I’ve used their service last and have lots more work lined up and scheduled and I always pay in a timely manner. She then told me the due date on the invoice is only for commercial accounts. I said well it does not say that anywhere on the invoice. I will be happy to pay before it is due.
