How can we improve your experience paying invoices online?

Having to type long account and routing numbers is AWFUL. TOTALLY AWFUL.

For Pete's sake remove the "can not paste into field" nonsense. Having to type in an account and routing number every time is AWFUL and totally prone to error. AWFUL. REMOVE IT. Why, why would you hamstring a device's capability this way? No...don't bother trying to explain it. There is no good reason. REMOVE THE RESTRICTION.

    Agreed — disabling copy-paste is a very silly way to avoid mistakes in the account number.

    I have tried to create an account and it is almost impossible. Please make it easier
