make it less difficult to log in; or maybe just possible to log in
Your site will not allow me to log in. I get sent a password recovery email, use it to create a new password, then try to log in.

Quit asking for a code to be sent to my email. I logon to save time to pay invoices
When I pay invoice, I can enter cc info, or login to use stored cc info.
I am not saving any time when I login because everytime I have to ask for a code to be sent to my email to verify it's me.
Might as well not login and enter my cc info, it's just as fast.
Why do I have to verify it's me everytime I login???17 votes -

integrate paying an invoice with my QBO!!!
cannot believe paying an invoice with QB is not integrated with my QBO company!!!
i have to come back to my inbox and track down QB invoices, and manually connect them to expenses in QBO.

accept amazon pay
Some places accept Amazon Pay, so one doesn't have to submit credit card info to a new company. It is very convenient and in my opinion safer than PayPal

Payment option on your homepage
there is no where on your home page to make a payment only instruction on what to do.

Allow "print to file" for invoice printouts
Most print options allow a checkbox for "print to file" instead of having to print a paper copy.

multi-page invoice
Many invoices can end up being on multiple pages. Can you change the form so that either an invoice # or some other identifying information of our choosing can be listed in the header at the top of pages 2 and so on?

Reformat the invoice so that only one sheet prints out.
The second sheet is basically blank anyway. So reformat the invoice so that only the one (first) page prints out.

I do not like the email payments. You should have a web site to "pay on line"
web site with a "log on" to pay/review my account.
