  3. Please include the work that was done so I can understand the amount that I am paying. On this visit, technician replaced a head.

    It would be helpful and standard billing practice to include the
    components of the payment, like Spring start up, replace a part, etc.

  20. Not charging a $40 fee just to use a bank card.

    It's crazy to pay $40 extra just to use my regular checking account's credit/debit card. Why is this fee so much?
