It would be nice to see a list of open invoices and i could choose to view or pay them while signed in.

Receipt of Payment
When you click print receipt, all it shows is a checkmark that I paid. No details as to how much, date, last 4 digits of cc, etc.

a feature that indicated that the invoice was received; not just sent.
I would really like to know if the customers received and or opened the invoices I sent. I recently discovered that I was sending them but even though it was shown as send they didn't receive it and I didn't know.

Ability to pay at any time instead of waiting for email to come
Set up account so that it can be paid at the convenience of the payer before the due date. Waiting for email is not so convenient.

Give the reason for a payment failure
When Intuit says that a payment transaction has failed, no reason is given. It would be helpful to know the reason, such as Credit Card Over Limit or maybe Credit Card Company Denied if the first is not known.

It would be convenient if the customer is able to enter an amount towards the bill without having to interrupt the attorney's schedule.
The payment system would be more convenient if the customer is able to enter a different amount without interrupting the attorney's schedule to set up the invoice. It should be programmed to allow the client to enter an amount.

Don't allow payees to use this service because it's a pain in the ass.
Tell payees to accept normal payments. Simple!

Incorporating APPLE PAY is a genius idea! I just paid my bill from my iPad (a link from my e-mail) in less than 30 seconds (using my Touch ID)! Thank you for making this so easy! :-)
