7. Non-Customer Contact Email / Live Chat

   I have tried now a dozen times to make a payment, for some reason it did not work not getting further than a spiny wheel, your support number in Contact Us is in the US and only for customers as I have to enter a Customer Number. I am not a customer but a client and live abroad.. . Please Improve your customer support options!!!!!

8. Copy/Paste on Invoice

   The account confirmation field does no allow users to paste the number. Typing the number in one digit at a time is less accurate than copying the number from their financial institution's website.

15. For ease of contact, include the company's phone number in the same block as the company's name.

    Just to save having to look up the company's phone number, simply include it on the invoice.
